Two shots of our tree for y'all. Yes, it's scrawny and a little crooked, but I think it's our best tree yet! Took us 2 tries driving up Daniel's canyon (both after major snow storms) until we could snowshoe in. Elisa packed Timmy, Trinity and Daddy hiked, and we hunted this sucker down and brought it home. Oh, and yes, those are Mt. Dew cans....we know how to "dew" Christmas right!
Yes, I let my 4-year-old play with my digital camera. She's actually getting pretty good. Mommy, Daddy and Timmy are here favorite subjects, of course.
The first big snow of December found us all outside playing. Trinity and Mommy made a snow castle. Daddy gave us a snow fight. Timmy was just cold and cried until I took him in for some hot chocolate. The best was when Trinity stomped down the castle....ah, the destructive side of preschoolers!
Our little cute friend Elle came to visit (with her Mommy, Claire, and Daddy, Jesse). The girls had a great time shunning Tim, dressing in their matching princess PJs, drinking cocoa, and making faces at the camera. We have great friends!
Best Christmas present yet! Thanks to Granpa and Granma Jones for hooking us up with this sweet bunk bed for the kids. Really, how else did you guys think we were going to fit 3 kids in one room? Actually, it's not that crowded feeling in there, even with the crib and 3 dressers.
That's right. Dennis was driving when that wheel fell off. His boss was really understanding about him being late for work that day. Actually sent these pictures around the whole office! I was not as quick to understand when he pulled up at the house and got out of the back of an Orem City police cruiser. Good news is that the Jeep was the only damage, and Dennis is fine.
Here's me and Wendy in a little side-by-side. She's due 6 weeks after me and is poking herself out more on purpose. I think it was a sympathetic move because she knows I'm feeling like a porker. :-) She's a good friend, eh?
Here's a shot of me cooking Thanksgiving dinner at my Dad's house. I was about 26 weeks pregnant then, but measuring 28 weeks. Yeah, we're expecting a big boy.
Well, here's the latest picture of the Erickson Family. In the middle is Elisa's Dad. The "older" looking kids are Doug, Tammiy with her husband Bill, Wendy and husband John, Elisa and Dennis, David, Dallin, Jacob, Erik and the teenage girl with the dark hair is Linsday. The grandchildren are Steven, Matthew (the two teenage boys), Taylor (the teenage girl with the hat), Megan and Torrey (not in the picture), Trinity, TJ and Timmy (the two little boys). Wendy and I are both due with baby boys the first of part of 2008 so we'll have to do an updated picture then. Enjoy!
That's right. We only do family pictures every 18months. Ha ha! We went all-out with this one: Granma Jones took it for us on my birthday, with the kids in pajamas. Enjoy!
Here's a shot of Trinity cutting up her string cheese with a "sword" (aka butter knife). She not only does this for herself, but she shares with Tim, too!
